Gridforged account deletion

Start a deletion request

Email us from an address connected to your Gridforged sign-in provider, or include enough account details for us to verify that the account belongs to you. We will confirm the request before deleting the account.

What to include

• Your Gridforged username, if you know it.
• The sign-in provider you used: Google, Apple, or Steam.
• The platform you play on: iOS, Android, Steam, or web.
• Any support context that helps us verify the account. Do not send passwords, auth tokens, or payment card information.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your Gridforged account record and associated personal data that we are not required to keep, including linked provider references, profile data, active sessions, notification tokens, leaderboard listing, friends/invites/party state, and personal match history attached to the account.

What may remain

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup expiration. Aggregated or anonymized gameplay statistics that no longer identify you may also remain for balancing, matchmaking, and reliability analysis.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the deletion is complete. Uninstalling the game or revoking Google, Apple, or Steam access does not delete your Gridforged account by itself.
