For support, email chase.c.cargill@gmail.com. Include your Gridforged username, the platform you use, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, auth tokens, or payment card information.

Account help

Use the Account page to sign in and manage linked Google, Apple, and Steam providers for your Gridforged profile. If a provider is linked to the wrong profile, include both usernames and the provider you used when you contact us.

Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy for details on what Gridforged collects and why. To request account deletion, start at Delete Account so we have the right verification details.
