Active when each non-Tool unit you started combat with has a unique name and has not been combined.
Condition
- 800.32aHighland is active while every non-Tool unit you started combat with has a unique name and has not been combined.
- 800.32bThe roster is captured when combat begins and is fixed for the battle. Losing a unit mid-combat does not switch Highland off, and neither does a unit spawned during combat.
- 800.32cA unit whose current tier differs from its native tier fails the check for the whole roster. Combining is the usual cause, but so is a live Smash: while one of your units is Smashed, Highland is off for everyone, and it comes back when the Smash expires.
- 800.32dUniqueness is by card, not by printed word. Two copies of the same card anywhere in the starting roster fail the check even at different tiers. No two distinct cards share a name, so "unique name" and "unique card" mean the same thing in practice.
- 800.32eHubs and Pennies count toward the roster. Only Tools are exempt.
