Profit-first shop payment

- A shop purchase costs 5 and I have 3 Profit and 4 Gold. What happens?
- Answer
- Spend 3 Profit and 2 Gold, then gain 3 Earnings.
- 900.36aThe discounted total cost is authoritative. Profit pays as much of that cost as possible first, and Gold pays only the remainder.
- 900.36bEach Profit actually spent adds exactly 1 Earnings, so this purchase spends 3 Profit and 2 Gold and adds 3 Earnings.
- 900.36cSelling a Penny or Hub is separate: it grants only the card's normal Gold sell value. Explicit abilities can react to a Penny sale by adding Profit, but a sale never inherently spends Profit or grants Earnings.
